SRO permits

"Radio Relay Communication" is in the know of the latest tendencies in the market of communications objects building.

On January 1, 2009 Federal Law No. 148-FZ "On self-regulation organizations" took effect, according to which all previously granted licenses act only till the end of the year 2009. From January 1, 2010 instead of licenses, building organizations obtain permissions for self-regulating organizations (SRO permits), which allow constructional, designing and engineering-and-research activities.

This coercive measure was an answer to becoming more frequent violations by "one day companies" and other malevolent organizations doing construction work. Those market participants who do not strive for short-term profit, but wish to develop and collaborate on a long-term basis, unite into SROs. So, "RRC" entered two SROs: "StroySvyazTelecom" and "ProjectSvyazTelecom".

At present "RRC" has all SRO permits necessary for designing and construction of communications objects. The company has the right to perform startup, mounting external engineering networks and communications, mounting processing equipment, mounting internal engineering systems and equipment, assembly of ferroconcrete, concrete and metal structures.

Besides, "RRC" has the right to prepare schemes of planning administration of sites of land and development of architectural, constructive and space-planning solutions. Construction arrangements for project preparation, elaboration of environmental measures and fire protection, etc.
